A new 3000 s.f. single family home designed , permitted and constructed by Jazz Builders. The design preserves the natural level knoll area of the site creating a sunny landscape area on the south side of the home. Construction was completed in November 2010. The architecture is contemporary with exterior details to complement the natural surroundings along with modern accents of concrete columns and a steel trellis with an arched roof over the great room.
