Jazz Builders has built a great reputation for customer satisfaction whether building a custom home or the development of "infill" communities where intense community involvement in the process requires a high degree of flexibility and communication. Jazz Builders strives to make the process of building a home or commercial project painless, with attention to detail and copious communication. The final product is a reflection of the dedication, experience and hard work put forth by the entire staff. Burman and Feldman have also been active in community service and with environmental organizations and have received industry awards for excellence and community service. In 2002 Jazz was awarded the Gold Nugget Grand Award - Best Single Family Detached Home - 3,001 to 3,300 square feet, for one of its homes. Over their long development history their projects have received media coverage in the San Francisco Chronicle, San Francisco Examiner, Marin Independent Journal, Los Alamos Monitor, Lake County Record-Bee, and Sunset Magazine. When Jazz Builders is involved, either as the developer or construction manager, they strive to add value to the entire development and construction process, including but not limited to, project site analysis, project feasibility, site planning, conceptual design, design development and construction documentation and construction management. They have significant experience with constrained sites and specific budget requirements as well as experience and knowledge of sustainable building practices. Their objective on each project, whether Jazz is the general contractor, project manager or developer is to combine attention to detail with careful cost control and adherence to schedules. They pride themselves on finding creative and innovative solutions, responsive to each project's unique physical and financial constraints. |
